Imagine for a moment you have to write a proposal for someone. It doesn’t matter what the situation is, if you have to present an idea for change to solve some problem for someone, you will be presenting a proposal.

In this podcast I’m NOT going to talk about how to present your proposal.

What I do want to talk about is how you go about getting the right information so that when you deliver your proposal, it is perfectly in sync with what they want, and how they want to receive it.
