The term Xennial has come to fashion in the last 10 years or so. It's been used to apply to people born betweeen 1976-84. On the latest GenX Show Jeff talks about how that term should apply to those born between 1981-84. How the inauguration of Ronald Reagan in 1981 started the change between GenX kids and Millennial and how parents fully started paying more attention to their children by 1984.
