Gen zs are known for living in the present, and they value experience and personal fulfilment. we prioritize things like meaningful relationships, work-life balance, and pursuing passion. Gen Z individuals seek careers that align with their values, and we want to make an impact on the world. 

Unfortunately, we as well as society and the internet put a lot of pressure on us, and this pressure may lead to feelings of inadequacy or anxiety if individuals feel they are not living up to  societal expectations of success.
