Throughout his career, John has held various roles, including Transit Director, Assistant Transit Manager, and Transit Coordinator. In April 2023, he was appointed as the Transit General Manager for the Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) in Redding, California. In this role, John oversees daily operations, supports the RABA Board of Directors, implements elements of the short-range transit plan, pursues grant funding, and leads policy development.
