S01-E07 McDonald's and Subway Go In Different Directions

This week, we're talking about two of the largest restaurant chains in the world - Subway and McDonald's. Both seem to have falling sales. But they are handling it differently.

McDonald's Canada made a few tweaks to their menu to big fanfare. But even the chain calls the changes not "hugely noticeable". They are focusing on the freshness and temperature of the beef in their sandwiches as a way to stem the tide.

One chain doubles down on their existing business while another tries something new. Who will be the winner?

S01-E05 The Impossible to Find Burger

Is this going to bring harm to the plant-based food industry? All I want is good delicious food that I can eat at any restaurant I wish to eat at... is that too much to ask?
