Participants were challenged to think big, become comfortable being uncomfortable, gain confidence in new ideas, lead, or to be the first to embrace the lead of others when detractors say "that will never work." Together, subject matter experts and grassroots curling champions dared to recognize that what got us here is not going to get us to where we want to go next. This masterclass is presented by Kerrie de Gooijer. By day, Kerrie is an Agronomy Operations Manager, but by night this rockstar volunteer has led a rural Canadian curling club to new heights – including a successful fundraising campaign eclipsing eight hundred thousand dollars in grants, sponsorships, donations, and community support.
