Amanda Grieme is an English high school educator, author, and Mental Awareness Advocate. She was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder at the age of 20. But today, she lives to share how she stayed afloat in this ever-cycling existence. She wrote H.O.L.D.F.A.S.T. - Ride out Parenting with Bipolar Disorder, 2020, and Paging Dr. Freedman, inspired by my 2009 published novel "Dear Prudence". She also wrote Motherhood Made ME Get Over MYSELF: A Metamorphosis in 2014, a self-help blog.

Apart from her writing, she helps others by sharing her life experience with other people who are struggling with mental illness. Her life experience with mental illness gives readers advice, insight, and hope that they can get through their illness.
