Coach Laura ran the Mountain Goat Run for the 14th time this year. It may have been her 14th time running this race, but it certainly didn’t feel redundant to her. No matter how much experience we have in endurance sports, there are always new experiences to be had, new things to learn, and new joys to be felt.
