This is a reading and commentary of the John Hopkins Centre's Manual called "The SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028", which is essentially a blueprint or manifesto, to prepare governments, policy makers, and international corporations/banks for how to deal with the unfoldment of world events when a pre-planned and largely over exaggerated Health Scare was to be foisted on the world.     The Manual was created in 2017 by the familiar major players at the helm of manipulating health information, and making obscene amounts of profit with a overtly impairing :treatments".  It is tantamount to a professional football team's playbook, whereby when "game time" comes, all the "plays' are well orchestrated and practiced ahead of time.
