Prehospital Tranexamic Acid (TXA)

TXA can be a great adjuvant therapy for patients with serious bleeding and traumatic injuries. However, it isn’t as simple as TXA helps all bleeding. We discuss some of the intricacies and pearls of using TXA in the prehospital setting.
