I never know a low sodium diet could go TOO low; to the point of potential danger. I was trying to prevent a relatively non-existent issue from existing, but that wasn't my best decision. Someone else's fear of high blood pressure and resentment for getting it, so young, was rubbed off on me. It was like a spell that had to be broken. I was making dangerous choices, because of it, and didn't even know it. That's why I'm learning not to let the misery of others, drive my actions; it's literally not healthy!
