I have been working on clearing out and strengthening my lungs for a few years, now. Never had respiratory issues as a child, but as an adult, I've been going through it. Mullein has been the first supplement that I've taken that has shown such a positive result and actual effectiveness. It comes with some discomfort, but I'm toughing it out with my humidifier, some tea tree and eucalyptus oils (and with medical clearance). I can't wait for the end result (stay tuned for it!).
