Quantum Soapdish
Soap dish maker Cassandra Kellam (@earthling.earthling) and soap maker Christine Tan (@xchristinetan) join fomo foundation to unapologetically push their sick and twisted cleanliness ideologies. Cassandra J. Kellam (Upstate New York based designer and sculptor) has worked in concrete over the past five years. Originally a ceramicist, Cassandra shifted to concrete during the six years she lived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The architecture, and historic use of the material offered fresh perspective on her personal practice, and fresh ways to learn more about and apply mold making processes.  Cassandra’s recent shift to concrete has offered opportunities to reuse materials like broken pots, bisque wear or old projects and source natural materials to great textural variations and have a more sustainable studio practice. Christine Tan is a freelancer content creator and a soap maker who is passionate about life. She loves design – from architecture, fine arts to packaging. She believes that aesthetics and environmental sustainability can go hand-in-hand; you don’t have to compromise nature to enjoy good design. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and listens to one too many true crime podcasts. [from yacht21.com]
