To feel like I had some sort of control in a world that felt like it was out of control, I challenged myself to do something everyday that I absolutely loved to do AND that had a high chance of getting me in flow (you know, that feeling when you’re so into what you’re doing that you lose track of time).
I called it my 28-Day Flow Challenge.
Since that time, I’ve led hundreds of highly creative people around the world--like YOU!-- in this simple process. I’ve been absolutely amazed by the results.
Here’s the thing--you are already a Flow Expert. You already know what it will take to change your life get it flowing again.
The key is creating a safe space to hear your own wisdom and act on it, a few minutes at a time.
When we make conscious what we are already doing unconsciously, that’s when we gain the power to change our lives.
In each episode of The Flow Habit podcast, I’ll be sharing the secrets I’ve been learning about flow while creating a safe space so you can uncover your own creative secrets too.
