I called it my 28-Day Flow Challenge.
Since that time, I’ve led hundreds of highly creative people around the world--like YOU!-- in this simple process. I’ve been absolutely amazed by the results.

When we make conscious what we are already doing unconsciously, that’s when we gain the power to change our lives.
In each episode of The Flow Habit podcast, I’ll be sharing the secrets I’ve been learning about flow while creating a safe space so you can uncover your own creative secrets too.
We’ll also be talking to others who will be sharing their flow secrets, and I’ll be leading you through simple everyday exercises you can do to reclaim your power, reconnect with your creative spark, and redesign your life so that it works for YOU!
