In this installment of The Fitness to Business Podcast, we met with Lindsey Vanschoyck, a nurse practitioner and Co-Owner of CrossFit Final Call together with her husband Matthew in Robinson, Illinois. The couple originally operated out of their own garage and three years ago opened their first official CrossFit gym. Last year they opened a second location for CrossFit Final Call. Lindsey and Alen spoke about the growing pains of creating a Crossfit gym, the importance of the nutrition side of their business and their connection to the Two-Brain Business mentorship program.
