Cardio... Some people love it, some people hate it. Either way... it's necessary. Not only does it help keep your heart healthy, but it's a great way to burn extra calories, burn fat, and clear your mind. Am I being captain obvious? There's a good chance. 

Whether you love cardio or hate it. We all know what cardio burn out feels like. Where you stare at the treadmill and give yourself a pep talk, create bribes for yourself, and then slog through another round of cardio only to find your weight hasn't changed at the end of the week.
