The problem with the church of Laodicea was that they sat comfortably in the middle of their faith. Not too hot, not too cold, but living a luke warm kind of life with self in-mind. Thats the challenge, when we fail to surrender our lives completely, giving Jesus Lordship, we tend to be mediocre and apathetic.
