Behind menstrual patriarchal camouflage of women's cyclical nature lies the devaluation and belief system they have indoctrinated us to operate from. In turn, we develop a feeling of rejection towards our femininity which is assigned as inferior, experiencing these impositions with impotence, feeling that they limit and condition our life and fulfillment, and for fear of breaking these norms or displeasing other people (which is btw patriarchy indoctrination), in the end, we end up accepting them, knowing that deep down we do not like them at all. To that, the phase of a woman’s hormonal cycle called - menstruation - has been and is the object of taboos and fallacies throughout history that have been used to disconnect us from our healing power through female body disempowerment. ⬆️This is the menstrual liberation from the 3D matrix and patriarchal programming!
