
In this episode, I spoke to Registered Nutritionist and CrossFit coach Nelly Koenig, who helps girls to eat more food to fuel their training and work on their relationship with food.
In a very open and honest episode, Nelly talks about how her experience with disordered eating habits and trying to chase a certain amount of leanness while also trying to perform in her sport made her lose the love for it. She talks about how she overcame these habits and has worked hard on her own relationship with food to enjoy her training again!
