My Journey - From Bodybuilding To Flourishing Health & Functional Fitness
In today’s episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I talk about my own journey with all things health and fitness!
I go all the way back to when I got into fitness in the first place, cover my time competing in bodybuilding, and how that lead to where I am now - in a place of flourishing health after having moved away from the extremes.
I delve into the state my health was in towards the end of my time in bodybuilding and what made me decide to make a change and move away from the sport.
I talk through what that journey consisted of and how I pushed through the more challenging times during that period of time, as it wasn’t smooth sailing by any means.
