Meet the guest: Dr. Jhones Sarturi https://www.linkedin.com/in/jhones-sarturi/ earned his D.V.M. in Brazil, his M.S. in Agronomy from the University of São Paulo, and his Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Currently an Associate Professor at Texas Tech University, his research focuses on beef cattle nutrition, ruminal metabolism, and the effective use of byproducts in ruminant diets.
