Ep#46 Rick Bassman - The Little Big Man is an Indomitable Force - Mindset Series
He was given a terminal diagnosis of lung cancer. They predicted he wouldn’t survive nine months. He is still here. He survived addiction, homelessness, lost more than one fortune, got another terminal diagnosis. Whatever the world has thrown at him, Rick Bassman has not only survived, but gone on to thrive. Rick has been a behind-the-scenes force in pro-wrestling and the entertainment industry. He launched the careers of many pro-wrestling celebrities such as John Cena, Sting, The Ultimate warrior and more. Rick also recruited Yogi into a brief and enjoyable foray into the pro-wrestling world that became one of the most memorable experiences of Yogi’s life.
Rick joins Yogi to discuss the mindset and mental fortitude it took to overcome the many tribulations in his life, how giving back through various charitable works such as his pit-bull rescue, mentoring people through their cancer journeys, starting his #BeGood movement, and more are essential to having positive mindset.
