We are joined by Dawn Scott (Senior Women's Physical Performance Manger at The FA), Abbie Sadler (Bristol City Women's Super League Academy Coach), and Dan Waldron (P.E Teacher and Grassroots U13 girls' football coach).

In this episode, Amy Price (FA Women's National Coach Developer) facilitates a conversation with Dawn, Abbie and Dan to discuss how the menstrual cycle can impact performance & wellbeing of female players. We discuss this from the point of view of performance, talent & grassroots settings.
