Simon Purkis of Pump Court Chambers joins host Mark Ablett to talk through the recent move away from anonymity in financial remedy proceedings, at least before certain judges as well as the forthcoming report of the Transparency Implementation Group. Simon covers the law in broad detail as well as giving his views on where the burden should lie in terms of anonymity.
