In this episode, Coach Caleb welcomes Sadie Powell to the Experience-Oriented Fitness Podcast.
Caleb and Sadie begin their discussion with the advice we've seen on the internet saying "don't eat like an asshole." What does that mean and is it good advice? How does it line up with what the behaviour science says?
Sadie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has spent nearly 10 years helping kids and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She's a dog mom to Pepper, her black lab/beagle mix, the "cool" aunt to two adorable nephews, and passionate about fitness!
