In this episode, Coach Caleb welcomes Sadie Powell to the Experience-Oriented Fitness Podcast.

Sadie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has spent nearly 10 years helping kids and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She's a dog mom to Pepper, her black lab/beagle mix, the "cool" aunt to two adorable nephews, and passionate about fitness! 

Caleb and Sadie begin their discussion with the 3 Tenets of EOF and how they are rooted in science, touching on where Sadie sees parallels to different behavioural frameworks. Throughout this discussion, they weave in anecdotes about Sadie's experience working with Coach Caleb over the past year to achieve her fitness goals, how Sadie has experienced the EOF approach, and her continued work with Coach Caleb on new and exciting fitness goals.
