Meet Chris Shaw - ex Royal Marine and founder of the Gen Dit network, which is now one of the biggest free military networking groups active today.

When starting this LinkedIn group, his goal was to help other ex-mil personnel feel confident and excited about transitioning out of the military. Before he knew it, the group quickly grew, proving that this type of community was really needed. So far, the impact it's had on its 11,000 members (and counting) has been incredible and many are the success stories that can be traced back to the power of the Gen Dit Network.
