A home is where a job sleeps! Housing has gotten prohibitively expensive in #Nashville. Whether you use "affordable" or "attainable" in your solution talking points, it all points to the economics of Supply and Demand.
Real solutions will be found by avoiding political rhetoric (housing is nonpartisan, after all) and by encouraging density throughout the corridors of our MSA. By density, perhaps "proximity" would be a better word; we all want to live, work, and play in communities that are strengthened by good growth and development, not harmed.
I'm convinced that people aren't afraid of change but loss. It's time to unite for stewardship within our communities, especially in Nashville where the growth doesn't have any plans of stopping! (And we are very grateful for that!) Tune in, won't you?
