October is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I will be spending the entire month providing episodes on the the topic. 72% of entrepreneurs are directly or indirectly affected by mental health issues compared to just 48% of non entrepreneurs. That’s according to a study by the National Institute of Mental Health.
It is time we start talking about this. Please forward my podcast to every women in business and ask that they subscribe. This month, my goal is to bring awareness, compassion, and permission to take control over your mental health in the business space.
