These events set the stage for a marked transition in Jesus’ ministry:
He taught using parables – explaining their meaning only to the disciples
Why did Jesus teach in parables?
To reveal the mysteries of the kingdom
To conceal the mysteries of the kingdom
To appeal through fulfilled prophecy and divine judgment
