Embodied Parenting, what it is and why it's important: Following on from my recent talk at the Parenthood UnConference in Abu Dhabi, in this Top Tip Tuesday Masterclass we dove into Embodied Parenting and what this means for us as Parents and Educators.
We looked at:
✓ What Embodied Parenting is and how it strengthens relationships with our children.
✓ How understanding ourselves helps us to connect more deeply with our children.
✓ The five gifts of Embodied Parenting and Embodied Educating where children reflect back to us our learning, our growth, our gifts.
