I have been asked so many questions about screentime recently so this is an important topic to cover.

We looked at our relationship with screens and technology and how that is our starting point from which we see our child's relationship with screens.

We discussed different techniques to mould our homes into being less screen focussed, setting our intentions around technology and its place in our lives, and looked at our own self-care around screens.

Monitoring our usage and observing ourselves before taking any action with our children  😅😊
