In today’s episode we chat with the female overall winner of the Durban 70.3 Jess Hayes-Hill. Jess tells us all about how her race unfolded, and the joys of flying with a bike. She also brings us in to her history in sports, including her artistic swimming background, and how she nearly went to the 2024 Tokyo Olympics. She brings us in to how she balances training with a busy job and a partner (listen for a golden tip!), and about her triathlon plans for the rest of the year.
Make sure you don’t miss this week’s episode of the Endurance Club ZA Podcast.
