Liam Carolan is a co-founder of Ginger & Gold, a proudly family-run serviced accommodation and corporate letting business specialising in the beautiful Norwich area. Aside from offering short-term rentals and mid-term longer stays for business and leisure guests, they do property management for investors and landlords as well.
As much as Norwich is fondly called the City of Stories, the story of Liam (Ginger) Carolan and Charlie Gold is just as inspiring. After working diligently in their earlier years as employees in the customer service field, they started their 30s living their dream of having their own wonderful business in their beloved home city. And now they’re a beautiful family of three and have grown their hospitality business to 20+ properties since they started Ginger & Gold in 2019!
Ginger & Gold’s amazing growth and success is not just proven by their stunning properties and happy guests, as it has also made Liam become an expert in the Rent 2 Rent strategy for hospitality. It’s no surprise though because of their amazing core values: empathy, integrity, professionalism through speedy action, undisputable value, and the two that I’d like to give special mention to because it says a lot about being outstanding and responsible hospitality industry: “People over Profits” and “Leave the world better than we find it”.
