When it comes to personal development we can always be improving who we are. My journey started by working backwards- I asked myself, If I could have my dream life, what would it look like? I used to get stuck in the day to day, now I know what my goals are so I can always keep my End in Mind. My name is Caitlin, I am 25 years old and I and the owner of Meraki Media Management. I started my business after I took an Instagram account from 18,000 followers to 500,000 followers in under a month. We could have never accomplished such a goal without The End in Mind. Throughout this podcast I will share tips, strategies and my experiences with listeners to take the mystery out of what it take to start a successful online business. Join us, because we know if you don't know where you're going, you might end up somewhere else. Is Google Dead? Why SEO Isn’t What It Used to Be (And What to Do Instead)
In this solo episode, I break down one of the biggest shifts happening online: how AI is changing the way we use Google—and why relying on SEO alone is no longer enough for small business owners. With platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook becoming the new search engines, it’s more important than ever to show up on social media authentically and consistently. I share real-time insights into how AI is scanning your content (yes, even your hashtags!) and why your visibility now depends on how clearly you’re communicating who you help and how. I also dive into the misconceptions around social media—like the fear of "showing everything"—and how to shift your mindset to see your business as a natural extension of who you are. If you've been wondering whether your website still matters or if you need to start prioritizing platforms you’ve avoided, this episode is your practical and honest roadmap. Listen in to learn:- What AI is doing to Google (and what that means for your site)- Why hashtags are not dead- The new role of social media in brand discovery and trust-building- How my agency helps spiritual entrepreneurs cut through the noise with intuitive, done-for-you strategy If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines wondering when to make your next move—this is your sign! *Loved this episode?*Share it with a fellow small business owner, or DM me on Instagram @meraki_media_management with your favorite takeaway.
