This week I was joined by the cozy water witch Ambra!!! Ambra brings a much needed self care focus to this overworked, burnt out, productive society. We chatted about redefining self care and using foundational principles to guide your body and self care practice. Ambra shared their uber grounding and practical steps for creating a restorative and maintaining self care practice that actually works for you and doesn't create more pressure and shame when its too hard to maintain. Ambra (they/them) is a queer, intuitive witch and certified life coach supporting folks who care about social change to prevent and heal from burnout with anti-capitalist and Elemental wellbeing. Their practices are rooted in Italian folk magic, encouraging self-discovery and tailored approaches to self and collective care.
Prior to tarot coaching, Ambra worked in Campaigning and Communication in the not-for-profit world for over a decade. They deeply care about changing and disrupting the patterns of burnout that still exist and permeate in activists spaces with intuitive strategies that help personal as well as collective and systemic change happen.
