Bio for Podcast:

Adriano is a learning designer, predominant educational thought leader and was the social
architect of a new dynamic learning ecosystem titled - Polaris, a vision for faith, learning and life for a new world environment.

Adriano has extensive educational leadership experience having worked at a variety of Catholic
secondary schools (single sex and co-educational) throughout metropolitan Melbourne over the past 25 years. During this time, he has held significant positions of leadership in the areas of Deputy Principal, Head of Campus, Head of Visual Arts, College Timetabler and Year Level
Coordinator. Adriano has also taught English communication in Nagoya, Japan, after he left a
career in Advertising to become a teacher.

Adriano is seen as a thought leader with vast administrative and change management expertise, outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and a clear capacity to use
enterprise and design thinking to transform learning communities for a new world
environment. At all learning communities Adriano was instrumental in developing human
capital. He implemented highly effective staff professional learning, mentoring and leadership
programs, catering for different staff career stages and peer coaching frameworks.
