The topic around vaccines has been very sensitive nowadays, especially because of the pandemic. Dr. Lauren Sylwanowicz is a board-certified emergency medicine physician in Southern California and also happens to be 38 weeks pregnant. She has experienced the pandemic as a physician, patient, and soon-to-be mom, and understands the stresses that new parents face.
