I started this podcast to interview people who are over 70 years old. I want them to share their stories, knowledge and wisdom with my audience. I hope you will enjoy their stories and also have something you can take away from each episode. ------- This podcast is dedicated to Ms. Katherine "Kathy" W. Frierson (Setp. 29, 1932 - Dec. 25, 2020). I didn't get a chance to interview her, but I was lucky enough to get a piece of her wisdom prior to her passing. Rest in peace, Ms. Frierson.

Sheila is a mother of a friend of mine. She is a native Georgian who was born and has lived in parts of Metro Atlanta, Georgia throughout her life.

She has gained her knowledge and wisdom from the generations that came before her. I am humbled that she has agreed to share some of her wisdom with the world in my podcast.

There are total of 4 series of her interview, and this is the first part. You'll get a chance to catch a glimpse of her core values in this episode.
