Sarah Gatford blends two decades of coaching experience with her BSL/English interpreting career. With an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, she creates judgment-free spaces where authentic expression flourishes. Her work across educational, healthcare, and legal settings has honed her ability to listen beyond words. Sarah integrates creativity and nature into her coaching, helping clients discover novel approaches to personal development. A proud mother of two transgender adults, she also serves as an EMCCUK governor member. Sarah finds balance through singing, volunteering at a Derbyshire goat farm, and connecting with friends, reminders of what truly matters: authentic connection and fulfilment.

Beth Clare McManus is a psychologist, artist, and researcher living in Manchester, UK. She is an EMCC accredited coach at senior practitioner level and works as a coaching supervisor, with specialisms in coach wellbeing and the creative self.
