// EMBODY MOMENT There's two embodied moments in this vibrant conversation. Tune in @22 minutes for a short Vocal Embodied Regulation Practice :)
And in minute @45 Corinne will guide you through a Second practice to explore the act of listening - this is a super interesting practice that can help regulating your nervous system and also revealing patterns of how you listen.
What is an authentic voice? we have so many expressions within Corinne says. She will guide you in an exploration of reconnecting with the touching quality of your voice, connecting to the voice as a haptic phenomenon:
  • how is my voice touching me?
  • how can i stay in touch with myself through the vocal information?
  • how can i reach out without putting on mask?

Also very applicable to explore in class, with young and old. Remember go slow ;)
