These episodes are 100% off the cuff and I have no idea what I'm going to talk about until I sit down. Last year, I created truly unhinged videos where I meditated for 30 minutes and spoke about whatever came up for me, and they brought so much magic into my life... so we're rolling it BACK, baby.
What excites me the most about this personal pod is that I have a free-flowing space to share all the things I'm thinking and feeling. On my other pod, Listen Before Love, I get to jam with my soulmate about all things love and relationships... but this is a space for yours truly to let it rip and share all the other edges of my passions and experiences.
My hope is that if we're on the same wavelength, you may see yourself in some of my stories and feel a little more seen.
