In this episode we are joined by Rory Brown, behaviour change specialist, qualified personal trainer and registered nutrition coach helping individuals restore their relationship with mind, body and food.
Having worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years with both recreational and professional athletes, and having struggled himself with disordered eating and body dysmorphia, Rory is passionate about raising awareness around mental health and empowering others to become their most authentic self.
Today we discuss Rory’s personal journey through recovery, why being true to yourself is a form of self-love and how we can help others, particularly men, break free from the mental barriers preventing them from being truly connected to themselves and their emotions.
