How does a spark turn into a purpose and suddenly become your whole meaning of existence?

In this week's episode I take a look at Disney+Pixar's 'Soul' a film that ask the question, "What is the meaning of life?" A question that has plagued mankind since the beginning of time. By using personal and artistic examples I hope to show you that life is more than just purposes and meanings of life and that the things you have been taught to believe might just be a small piece in this beautiful mosaic called life.

So let's get real and talk about the things that might be triggering or hard to hear and help you make sense of the world by drawing from my own personal life and media examples to help further prove my points. This is a safe space to have honest conversations and be real about what is happening. It's like therapy, but not really.
