What is the future of EdTech? In this Edventure Emerge Panel, we try to answer exactly this question.  Raya Bidshahri (School of Humanity), James Lo (Mana), Taras Polischuk (Dorm), and Kourosh Ghaffari (Waves) walk us through their EdTech ventures while elaborating on which problems and gaps within the sphere of education their startups are tackling. We talk about the lack of engagement and enthusiasm in high-schoolers, disillusionment, and disappointment of students about the lack of preparation for "real life" jobs by universities, whose fees are on an upward trajectory. Our four guests then propose steps to reverse these trends and how their idiosyncratic approaches may do exactly that.
