It's the final pod for series one of The Eddie Jones Coaching Podcast where we look at a coach's journey and delve into some of the things Jones and RFU director of performance Conor O'Shea have learnt during their time. Jones recalls a sliding doors moment while working with South Africa, talks about how teaching maths gave him a grounding in coaching and tells you why he will try to speak to a coach from a different sport at least once a week.
