Full disclosure of all clinical data is a must, The public's right-to-know
The public has a right and a need to know the results of all clinical data. Particularly in this time of COVID-19, with many therapeutic and vaccine clinical trials going forward, the public must know the results of clinical studies, whether there are Adverse Events from Therapeutics in order to make an informed decisions. The public must know that vaccines have been adequately tested for safety and efficacy, otherwise the public will not accept vaccines and Therapeutics when they are offered even during a pandemic, This topic was most recently discussed in the Annals of Internal Medicine issue of May 7th 2019. I thank the American College of Physicians, of which I am a Fellow, for their courage in Publishing this article
