BOOKS TO HELP WITH BIG EMOTIONS: American Girl books (smart girls guide) are very helpful-but maybe more for girls, Kaz Cooke’s ‘Girl Stuff’ books, some Meredith Gaston books (mainly inspiring quotes- they helped me so much) and The Neuroscience of Mindfulness (more adult suitable book).
