Eli has a special super power. It's the constant inspiration he's received from his father after having lost his leg in a car accident. We talk about that and how his father continues to work despite his injury. We also discuss how Eli has faced his fears in recent days and has conjured up the courage to put himself out there on social media. We also discuss training "the new guy" and how that experience has helped him grow also. I love having younger people on the show and Eli certainly falls into that category at just 23 years of age. This is a good one and I know you're going to like it.
